So, who is Fourth Wall?

Fourth Wall College Consulting is the collection of experience, people, and a research network that will get put to use when we partner together.

Shannon Wagar

Shannon started her college admissions advisor journey many years ago by volunteering at her local high school, helping hundreds of students every year get access to the information they needed for college applications. Things grew, got better, and one thing led to another – which saw her earn an Independent Educational Counselor certification while in the midst of sending two of her own sons off to performing arts programs at college.

Shannon truly loves helping students and their families through this journey. As a first generation college graduate, she understands the impact that higher education can have on a family.

Shannon lives in Fayetteville, Georgia with her husband (Clayton) and office helper Kitty. Her sons Noah and Declan attend Shenandoah Conservatory, pursuing a Masters in Conducting and Bachelors in Music Theatre, respectively. Her youngest son, Jameson, works on-set in the motion picture industry at Trilith Studios.

She is originally from Irondale, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Management. She completed her IEC certification from University of California, Irvine. Shannon is a member of the IECA and SACAC organizations, and visits more than two dozen college campuses every year.
